Event Planning Internship

During an internship with cmcglobal, you will learn:
  • All aspects of meeting, convention, trade shows, and special event planning
  • Onsite production of events
  • Pre and post event research, data entry, reporting, accounting, etc.
  • Design and production of meeting materials
  • Communication with event venues and clients

Qualifications:
•Participation in a Bachelor’s Degree program in Hospitality Management or related field in which this internship will count for credit toward degree
•Must have completed Junior year of college by Spring 2021 (Preferred but other highly qualified candidates may be considered)
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of virtual platforms such as Zoom
•A genuine interest in the hospitality field
•Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
•Must be available to work some nights and weekends
