Test Engineer (2-3+ years of experience preferred)
Main responsibility:
§ Track and align Validation activities with Test & Validation department, CG test activities (equipment readiness, Test preparation, Test execution, Test Results analysis, Test reporting, risk, issue....)
• Support Validation Project Lead project office.
• Validation Project lead will define work break down structure including test planning/scheduling for overall project
• Review and release test reports including recommendation as input for engineering release approvals and C40 milestones within a project
§ Support Environmental and EMC test activities with Test and Validation department
§ Track test progress and Conduct regular meetings with Test & Validation department.
§ Prepare/adapt test scripts to perform automation tests (used in execution of CGs/OTA/functional verification of ECU)
Knowledge/ Technical skills:
§ Good knowledge of CAN serial communications, including vehicle messaging and diagnostic service implementations.
§ Knowledge of Automotive ETH
§ Experience with vector tools such as CANoe and CANalyzer
§ Experience with CAPL Scripting
§ Knowledge of ECU(Hardware) validation and qualification tests (e.g. Design Validation, Product validation and good understanding of test performed during this phase)
§ Knowledge of lab equipment (Multimeters, oscilloscope, use of automated test racks (e.g., Environmental test rack, HIL bench, vehicle test tools)
§ Excellent communication and documentation skills
