Coordinator – Part Time
 
Position Overview
 
ATL is seeking a part-time Coordinator to provide administrative support to one of our internal teams. This role focuses on coordinating all logistical parts of the clinical study process and ensures data compliance and record keeping. Ideal professional candidate will be highly detail-oriented, able to work in a fast-paced environment and comfortable with frequent client interactions.
 
 
Major Responsibilities:

  • Follows guidelines and processes set forth by the client for the management of clinical, non-clinical, and environmental safety study data
  • Ensures relevant Study data and reports are collected, reviewed, and finalized under the instruction of the client.
  • Conducts comprehensive review and indexing of all Clinical & Analytical Study related materials and various electronic documentations
  • Analyzes incoming discrepancies for correct data and trending and determines retention limits for currently archived materials
  • Obtains all requested materials as needed throughout the review and verification process mainly through telephonic and electronic communication 
  • Requests documentation from contracted archives and verifies finalized reports are stored electronically within database.
  • Contributes to development of strategies for streamlining processing and sets priorities in accordance with established goals
  • Responsible for ensuring that all training is up to date by notifying and collecting signatures from associates
  • Multi-tasks effectively and performs other essential tasks and responsibilities as assigned
 
 Requirements:

  • Associate degree in Business, Science or related field preferred and/or professional experience in related field
  • Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Office products and databases
  • Must be highly detail-oriented, organized, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to learn new software-based data and document management systems
  • Ability to work with large collections and diverse clientele.
  • Ability to work with sensitive and confidential material and maintain confidentiality is an absolute requirement.
  • Ability to communicate effectively through e-mail and telephone.
  • Experience or some exposure to reviewing Clinical or Analytical data and medical terminology is a plus!
  • Ability to multi-task in a regulated, fast-paced environment
