Part Time Marketing & Brand Ambassador - REMOTE

Description:

Donorbox is hiring self-motivated individuals to become part time Brand Ambassadors. This role will work closely with our Growth, Sales, & Marketing teams to communicate the value of our product to nonprofit organizations. As a Brand Ambassador, you’ll help increase positive brand awareness and promote our product through various media channels. This is a remote & flexible position that will report directly to the Head of Growth.

To excel in this role, you will have excellent communication & networking skills, and a strong presence on social media.


Responsibilities:

  • Network with nonprofit organizations and professionals in your designated region and build trusting relationships with potential customers
  • Grow positive brand awareness through social media
  • Thoroughly understand the product to inform potential customers
  • Create, share, and respond to online reviews and social media posts
  • Attend webinars/seminars on a monthly basis geared towards nonprofits
  • Assist the F/T Brand Ambassador with weekly Donorbox-hosted webinars
  • Assist in managing the online Donorbox Knowledge Community


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Experience in social media marketing, community engagement, as a brand ambassador, or similar role
  • Experience working or volunteering with nonprofit organizations is strongly desired
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing principles
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Tech-savvy with experience using various online networking & webinar platforms
  • Friendly, approachable, & ongoing personality
  • Ability to work independently & autonomously
  • Must have a home office with high-speed internet, computer, & phone
