Job Title: Work From Home Video Editor – Part Time

Job Summary
Wagner Reese, LLP seeks to immediately hire an experienced video editor to assemble recorded footage into a finished project that matches vision and is suitable for website and social media use. Ultimately, as a video editor, you will bring sight and sound together in order to tell a cohesive story. You will manipulate and edit film-interviews in a way that is pleasurable to the viewing audience.
Essential Functions
· Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Premier Pro, Final Cut Pro) and all other programs, software and workflow associated with film editing and video production.
• Compresses video projects for output; make video products available in a variety of formats; and coordinates internal and external duplication services as required
• Plans and performs video post-production tasks which includes reviewing footage, making editorial decisions, tape logging, rough cuts, audio adjustment
• Trim footage segments and merge the sequence of the film
• Input music, dialogues, graphics and effects
• Create rough and final cuts to ensure logical sequencing and smooth running
• Consult with stakeholders from production to post-production process
