Role: Marketing Assistant Brand Ambassador [BA] - in and around campus

MISSION OF THE ROLE:
- Raise awareness of Mandarin Consulting at the university
-Liaise with the Global Career Consultants (GCCs) to implement online/offline marketing activity
PERSONAL QUALITIES / SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Intelligent, bi-lingual (Mandarin & English) with a willingness to lear
-Presentable, sociable and charismatic. A natural networker
-Leadership potential – a desire to lead and influence others positively
- Confidence, passion, drive and a can-do attitude
- Empathetic communicator / influencer
- Ability to incorporate training and instructions quickly into daily assignments
- Ability to think outside the box to find new ways of doing things / solving problems
- Drive to consistently generate quality leads with potential to join our coaching programme
- Ideally you will be a student or graduate from a top 70 US universities
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Promote online/offline events and one to one free career consultation with GCCs
- Assist in organising Career Talks with the GCC, including setting up a career-related WeChat group with 100+ Chinese overseas students and generate at least 8 potential clients each week
- Promote daily marketing materials on social media platform
- Conduct market research in university

Location: Flexible – online or in office (currently remote)
Length: 7 hours/week
Salary: Bonus
