Aon is looking for Summer 2021 Risk Interns – Nationwide Availability!
  
As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions within Aon Risk Solutions. Aon Risk Solutions (ARS) assesses the risk a company has or could have and mitigates it through the placement of various insurance products and policies. We help clients achieve profit, growth, and continuity by delivering the best tailored and innovative risk solutions. These roles are available in multiple offices nationwide
  

Your Impact As A Risk Intern

Interns within Risk Solutions will gain valuable experience assisting Account Executives on assigned accounts. Interns will reside with our General Industry, Financial or Professional Services or Brokerage groups.

What are we looking for?  
We aim to recruit a diverse group of professionals who offer varying experiences, backgrounds and strengths to ensure we can continue to offer the most innovative solutions to our clients. Additionally, we take into consideration the following:
  
  • Relevant work or internship experience.
  • Involvement in extracurricular activities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office products such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook is required.
  
This position is part of Launch, our early career development program. The Launch Program was established to coach and develop future business leaders, this program “launches” the Aon careers of our campus hires in various full-time positions across the company. The 10-month development program begins every summer and includes in-person sessions, networking opportunities, self-study and global leader calls.  
  
  

Education & Application Information

  
Bachelor’s Degree with majors in Business, Finance, Economics, Risk Management, Insurance or a related degree.  
  
Applicants for this role must graduate between December 2021 – June 2022 and have a GPA of 3.0 or above.  
Unrestricted U.S. work authorization is required for U.S. office locations. We do not offer sponsorship for this position – CPT and OPT are restricted forms of work authorization.
