Media Arts Intern (Work Study)
General Purpose of Position:
To support our digital marketing by creating fun and engaging animations of our exhibition posters (and bring new fun ideas!).
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
-Create animated videos of our monthly exhibition posters for social and digital media.
- Work cooperatively with other artists, interns, or participants to create work that is inspiring to all and developed from many perspectives.
-Assist with general Harrison Center activities as needed, including First Friday gallery openings.
Knowledge, skills and abilities needed:
-Possess at least a Sophomore status.
- Experience with animation (preferably After Effects). Must be able to show past work.
-Curiosity is a must.
- Passionate about culture and community.
-Flexible, self-motivated, able to work cooperatively and independently.
