Customer Service Representative
What you'll do:
- Maintains good relationships with customers by answering all product and service questions; and suggesting information about other products and services we offer
- Dependable by working to ensure that customer needs are anticipated, met, and followed up on
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Establishing contract agreements with new customers and renewing existing contracts with existing customers.
- Gather information and performs research in order to resolve customer issues, new accounts, inventory status and order information.
Job Requirements/Qualifications:
- High school diploma, a general education degree or equivalent.
- 1+ year minium customer service experience or more.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Ability to pay close attention to detail in paperwork
- Ability to set appointments using an online system and understand basic technical information.
