Customer Service Representative

What you'll do:

  • Maintains good relationships with customers by answering all product and service questions; and suggesting information about other products and services we offer
  • Dependable by working to ensure that customer needs are anticipated, met, and followed up on
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Establishing contract agreements with new customers and renewing existing contracts with existing customers.
  • Gather information and performs research in order to resolve customer issues, new accounts, inventory status and order information.


Job Requirements/Qualifications:

  • High school diploma, a general education degree or equivalent.
  • 1+ year minium customer service experience or more.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Ability to pay close attention to detail in paperwork
  • Ability to set appointments using an online system and understand basic technical information.
