We’re seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to join our creative team on a large-scale experiential project. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, fast on their feet, and eager to grow in a high-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities
• Design and update presentations, pitch decks, and creative documents with speed and accuracy.
• Adapt and refine visual layouts, typography, and graphics under tight deadlines.
• Collaborate with creative and production teams to ensure decks align with brand and project vision.
• Adjust and polish copy in both English and Spanish, ensuring clarity and consistency across materials.
• Support the senior creative team with asset prep, file management, and revisions.
• Contribute fresh ideas and visual approaches while maintaining brand cohesion.

Qualifications
• 2 years of professional design experience (internships or portfolio work accepted).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); Keynote and PowerPoint a plus.
• Strong bilingual writing/editing skills (English & Spanish).
• Ability to work quickly, manage shifting priorities, and stay calm under pressure.
• Strong eye for design, typography, and layout.
• Excellent communication skills and willingness to collaborate across departments.
