Job duties
Process weekly payments to vendors and contractors
Enter invoices and bills, charge appropriate expense accounts
Process payments on balance dues on reservations
Processing of travel insurance claims
Preparation of bank reconciliations
Filing of invoices and bills paid
Review, assembly and mailing of owner statements
Taking deposits to the bank and miscellaneous errands
