Bookkeeper/Accounts Payable Clerk
Job duties
 Process weekly payments to vendors and contractors
 Enter invoices and bills, charge appropriate expense accounts
 Process payments on balance dues on reservations
 Processing of travel insurance claims
 Preparation of bank reconciliations
 Filing of invoices and bills paid
 Review, assembly and mailing of owner statements
 Taking deposits to the bank and miscellaneous errands
Qualities desired

Schedule
 Monday- Friday – options for full or part time
